On the afternoon of August 28, Professor Chi Jian, the former Deputy secretary of the Party Committee, president and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Sport University was invited to give the first lecture to teachers and students of the School of Physical Education. The FPNU school officials and more than 200 teachers and students attended the lecture.

The lecture was on the theme of "Oral History of Chinese Sports in the Beginning". During the lecture, Chi introduced the "red gene" of the oral history of Chinese sports and the spirit of Chinese sports by presenting the definition and development of oral history of Chinese sports, and looked forward to the future development of oral history of sports. He encouraged the teachers and students to inherit the Chinese sports spirit, tell the Chinese sports story well, and contribute to the realization of the dream of sports power.

Professor Chi Jian's lecture is thought-provoking, profound and far-sighted. The lecture offers a strong guidance for the future teaching of physical education, and provides new ideas for broadening the horizon of teachers and students and spreading Chinese sports culture.
