Recently, the Yan'an Cup Finals of the Rural Revitalization Competition of the 13th National College Student E-commerce "Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship" Challenge (or the ICE Challenge for short) were held in Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, China. The student team from the School of Food and Biological Engineering of FPNU won a second prize in this competition.
The winning project titled "Tea-Fruit Combination - the Youth in Fujian who Innovate Rural E-commerce" had team members Ye Yufang, Wei Jiajia, Ye Mingda, Ye Xinyi, and Song Kewen, and the instructor was Dong Qian.
The ICE Challenge is hosted by National Advisory Committee on Teaching E-Commerce to Majors in Higher Education under the Ministry of Education from 2009. The Rural Revitalization Competition was jointly held by its Organizing Committee and Yan'an Municipal People's Government. A total of 5,720 teams from 706 schools registered for it, of which only 135 ones from 119 colleges and universities advanced to the national finals.
